Great product, few drawbacks
Besides the drawbacks I outline below, this is actually a great product and I am glad I purchased it. I just wish I had known about the first problem I mention.

Washer/dryer combo
Just received the unit.
Works great. Its essentially exactly the same as the one it replaced, which is 18 years old.

washer/dryer
I ran the washer 3 times and the timer broke, had to call a repair service and wait 2 weeks for the part. It is fixed and working now. I do like the front loading.
